About the plant:
Ficus microcarpa Ginseng is an evergreen plant resembling a bonsai. "Ginseng" means root in Chinese. The root of the ficus can look like a very old tree. The plant is unconventional in appearance, but easy to grow. Its annual shaping is also suitable, as you can create any shape of the plant.

Light

The plant needs a lot of light to grow healthy and color its leaves. Give the plant plenty of bright light without sunlight that could burn the leaves. The ideal location is the north and east side.

Watering

Do not let the substrate dry completely. The substrate must always be moist. The ideal dressing is to put it in a saucer and let it absorb. Water with settled water at room temperature.

Humidity

The plant can tolerate a drier environment, but they can catch the leaves. The plant prefers greater airiness, moisture and regular dewing.

Propagation

The plant is well propagated by cuttings from twigs that take root in water. We recommend pruning in the spring.

Common problems

The plant does not like drafts and changing habitats. Then you will be rewarded with falling and yellowing of the leaves.

How does DMP delivery work?

All plants and some accessories on our e-shop are sent directly from the grower in Holland. We want them to be at your place as soon as possible and not spend time going around different warehouses and stores. We ship part of our own products marked with the Made in DMP label directly from our warehouse in Prague.
Therefore, it may happen that you will be charged a higher price for shipping, because you have things in the basket both from the grower and from our own production.
If you have products worth CZK 2,000 (For SK 82 EUR) or more in your basket, you will always have FREE shipping!

For some products, such as a book or a physical gift voucher, you can choose the pick-up option in our brick-and-mortar store.

Personal collection is not possible for most goods, because the store does not offer the same range of plants and accessories as in the e-shop. If you are not sure about the choice, stop by in person and together we will choose or order the right one!

Individual shipping prices:

1. DPD

The DPD courier will contact you the day before delivery regarding the exact delivery date. If you want to deliver the shipment to the delivery point , you can make arrangements with the carrier. The price for delivery of plants and selected accessories from NL to the Czech Republic is CZK 149 and to Slovakia EUR 8.
The price for delivery of our products from the warehouse in Prague is CZK 99 within the Czech Republic . Delivery from our warehouse to Slovakia is for the same price - EUR 8.

2. Post office

You can have the selected goods delivered to the delivery point of Zásilkovna in the Czech Republic for 89,- or to the delivery point of Zásilkovna in SK for € 5 . Simply select the delivery method: Zásilkovna * You select the Zásilkovna branch after completing the order.

After creating an order, you can use the map to select a pick-up point.
The shipping company is limited by the size or weight of the package.
If you cannot choose Zásilkovna, you most likely have bulky products in your basket and you need to choose another carrier.

3. Personal collection

Personal pickup is currently not possible for technical reasons. Products that are available in the store are marked with the label In stock in the store. Or you can purchase products in stock at the store via WOLT https://wolt.com/cs/cze/prague/venue/dej-mi-pokojovku
