What plants are in the subscription?
You will receive plants according to the type of subscription. These will always be interesting pieces that will please any maid lover.
How big will the plant be?
The diameters of the pots for the plants in the subscription vary from 8 to 14 cm and the height of the plants from 15 to 50 cm. It depends on the type of subscription.
Is a flower pot included in the package?
The plant will be transplanted in a quality substrate with drainage and delivered in a basic plastic pot.
I am buying a subscription as a gift, where do I enter the correct delivery and contact information?
Complete the order in the standard way with your contact and we will then contact you to confirm the correct delivery details.

No problem. Complete the order with your contact and together we will choose the Zásilkovna drop-off point.
I will not be present at the address, is it possible to change the delivery date?
No problem, contact us by e-mail and we will agree on a new date together.
Can I get a plant from an older subscription?
If we have it on offer, you can buy it individually.
When will I receive the first shipment?
We send the subscription to the address every 2nd or maximum 3rd week of the month.
How does the complaint process?
If there was something wrong with your shipment, please contact us and we will resolve it together.
