Why is the minimum order for CZK 650

We introduced a minimum order limit because shipping from Holland is expensive and logistically demanding for us. This allows us to ensure that we supply you with only the best while keeping our prices affordable.

Where do your growers come from?

Our growers grow houseplants in Holland, the heart of plants, where they have the best technology and conditions for their growth in their special greenhouses.

How exactly do you minimize traffic routes?

Usually, the plant has to go to a central warehouse, where the plants are moved to trucks, then to large warehouses in the Czech Republic, then to shops and then to you. Meanwhile, they experience stress from moving, different light conditions and also from temperature differences. We do it differently here. The plants travel from the grower straight to you.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@dmp.cz . We will do our best to process your request. We will answer you within 24 hours.

Hodně
Rostlina potřebuje ke zdravému růstu a probarvení svých listů hodně světla. Rostlina dobře prosperuje při větším množství jasného světla a snáší dobře sluneční záření, vyhněte se ale slunečnímu úpalu v letních měsících. Ideálním stanovištěm je jižní a západní strana.
Středně
Rostlina potřebuje ke zdravému růstu dostatek rozptýleného světla. Vyhněte se slunečnímu záření, které by mohlo spálit listy. Ideálním stanovištěm je severní a východní strana poblíž oken nebo západní strana s doznívajícím slabým slunečním zářením.
Málo
Rostlině ke zdravému růstu postačí dostatek rozptýleného světla, ale ne příliš. Dobře snáší polostín. Rostlina dobře prosperuje dále od oken. Myslete na to, že každá rostlina potřebuje světlo, v úplném stínu rostlina chřadne a umírá.

How long does it take to deliver the plants?

Delivery of plants from Holland takes approximately 3-5 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

When ordering plants over NOK 2,000, you get free shipping by DPD courier. Standard delivery to the address by DPD courier CZK 149 to the Czech Republic and €8 to the SK
Delivery to the Zásilkovna delivery point CZK 89 in the Czech Republic and €5 in SK

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, via Pay Pal or cash in store.

How will I receive my invoice?

We save forests, so we do not print the invoice and send it to you by e-mail.

Is personal collection possible?

At the moment, personal collection is not possible for technical reasons.

Why can't I select Zasilkovna in the transport menu?

In your order, you most likely have a plant that is too large or a pot that is too heavy for the dimensions of the Post Office.

What if I want to send a plant as a gift?

No problem. You will receive the invoice and we will deliver a green surprise to the recipient. We can also add a handwritten message according to your wishes.

When will sold out plants be back in stock?

It all depends on the growers and their availability. If the plants are not in stock, we wait for them to grow to the required sizes.

How do you package plants?

Houseplants are packed in special cardboard boxes, which are developed directly for sending live plants. The plant thus has the best possible protection and is ready for any journey throughout the year.

Why do the prices on the e-shop change?

Our prices change according to the price lists of our suppliers, if we manage to get a plant at a cheaper price, we reduce the amounts, and vice versa, if the purchase price is too high, we also have to increase the price of the plants.

So far, none of my plants have survived. How can you help me with this?

You will find basic information for each plant. You will learn not only what conditions it prefers, but also how often to water it. You can also contact us at info@dmp.cz at any time and we will advise you. We also recommend you to filter the "for beginners" category. You will find plants in it that will survive almost anything.

Do I have to transplant the plant?

If you purchased the variant not transplanted, we recommend transplanting it 14 days after purchase. In short, until he gets used to you.
