What does "override Yes/No" mean?

For selected plants, where there is a low risk of damage to the plant from being transplanted and then sent to your home, you have the option to choose whether you want to buy the plant already transplanted or in the substrate directly from the plant growers (substrate not suitable for long-term cultivation). If you choose "Yes" for transplanting, we will transplant the plant into a suitable substrate for you.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@dmp.cz . We will do our best to process your request. We will answer you within 24 hours.

Why can't I apply a discount code?

Discount codes only apply to non-discounted products. Discount coupons from the newsletter do not apply to plants directly from growers, gift vouchers, workshops, kokedams and plant subscriptions.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@dmp.cz or by phone at 770 666 360 . We will do our best to process your request.

What if I want to make a larger order?

If you want to order plants for your business or a special occasion (more than 10 plants), contact us at info@dmp.cz

When can I pick up a plant from the auction?

After the end of the auction, our customer support will contact you to specify the delivery. You will then receive an e-mail with order confirmation and payment information. The plant is only ready to be picked up or sent after payment has been made in advance. In case of personal collection at the store, you will receive an e-mail.

When will you send me the order?

We send orders through Zásilkovna and PPL on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so that you have the plants at home before the weekend. We deliver to Prague via Liftago on Thursday.

How much does delivery cost?

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay either by credit card, bank transfer, via Pay Pal or in cash at a brick-and-mortar store.

How will I receive my invoice?

We save forests, so we do not print the invoice and send it to you by e-mail.

Is personal collection possible?

Yes, when creating an order, click "Personal collection". After confirming the order, we will send you a link to our calendar, where you can choose a date for personal collection. If these days do not suit you, please send us an email and we will make arrangements individually.

When and where is personal collection possible?

You choose personal subscription yourself in the calendar that is sent to you automatically after order confirmation. The address for personal collection is U pošta 1097/8. For orders from the e-shop, the order is ready for collection only after the order has been paid and you will be invited to collect it in person by e-mail. The order is usually ready for collection within 48 hours.

Why can't I select Zasilkovna in the transport menu?

In your order, you most likely have a plant that is too large or a pot that is too heavy for the dimensions of the Post Office.

What if I want to send a plant as a gift?

No problem. You will receive the invoice and we will deliver a green surprise to the recipient. We can also add a handwritten message according to your wishes.

When will sold out plants be back in stock?

We stock plants regularly on Tuesdays, we replenish some plants in bursts, depending on how we manage to get them from suppliers. At the same time, we always try to have only a few pieces of each species, so that the plants do not shrivel and they all receive quality care from us.

How do you package plants?

We pack the plants carefully according to the instructions that we have detailed HERE. In colder weather, we wrap the plants in a layer of Mirelon and also a layer of bubble wrap for better thermal insulation. We pack orders in recycled and once-used boxes as part of ecological recycling.

Why do the prices on the e-shop change?

Our prices change according to the price lists of our suppliers, if we manage to get a plant at a cheaper price, we reduce the amounts, and vice versa, if the purchase price is too high, we also have to increase the price of the plants.

So far, none of my plants have survived. How can you help me with this?

You will find basic information for each plant. You will learn not only what conditions it prefers, but also how often to water it. You can also contact us at info@dmp.cz at any time and we will advise you. We also recommend you to filter the "for beginners" category. You will find plants in it that will survive almost anything.

Do I have to transplant the plant?

Plants purchased from us do not need to be transplanted immediately if you have selected "Yes" for transplanting the plant. If you have chosen a plant with the transplant option "No", we recommend an early transplant into a suitable substrate for the given houseplant. All plants that do not have the option of "replanting Yes/No" are always unreplanted, so we recommend replanting them as soon as possible.
