About the plant: Phlebodium aureum Blue star(sometimes simply calledBlue star fern in English ; Tečkovka zlatá in Czech - Blue star) is an attractive unpretentious fern originating from the rainforests of South America. Here it grows as an epiphyte, attached by its slightly hairy roots to the trunks of surrounding trees. Because of this, it does not receive direct sunlight, but enjoys slightly diffused light and a lot of moist air. If you ensure these conditions even at home indoors, you have won. You can then admire its interestingly shaped leaves, which have a blue-gray to silver-turquoise color. Spores appear on the underside of older plants, which are visible from both sides - hence its Czech name 'dotted'.
