What the service includes

The listed price includes everything below. There are no additional fees.

  • checking the overall condition of the plants
  • checking the root system
  • choosing the right potting mix for each plant species
  • the required amount of premium SOILY potting mix
  • standard plastic nursery pots as needed
  • drainage in every planter
  • removing old and unsuitable potting mix
  • removing rotten or badly damaged roots
  • gentle repotting of the plants
  • basic treatment if a common pest infestation is found
  • advice on watering and care afterward
  • protection of the work area
  • complete cleanup after the work
  • removal of waste from the repotting

How the service works

From selecting the scope to a tidy home.

  1. You select the scope

    You enter how many small, medium and large plants you have, plus the postal code for the visit. You see the price right away.

    No waiting for a quote.

  2. We get in touch

    After you order, we contact you and ask for photos of the plants, their approximate height and the diameter of their planters.

  3. We confirm the scope and date

    We check that the order matches the scope of the work and book the earliest possible date for the visit.

  4. We repot and clean up

    We arrive with the equipment, potting mixes and nursery pots. We repot the plants, advise you on further care and clean everything up after the work.

    We take away and recycle the waste.

We primarily work in Prague and the surrounding area, but we travel to customers throughout the Czech Republic. We charge transport by distance, and you see it in the price before you order.

Good to know in advance, so nothing surprises you on the day.

What if I have a plant taller than 150 cm?

Any plant over 150 cm counts as large. For exceptionally tall or heavy plants that need several people to move, get in touch and we will prepare a personalized quote.

Why is the minimum order CZK 2,000?

The trip, protecting your space, materials and cleanup cost the same whether we repot three plants or ten. Up to CZK 2,000, the visit costs you the same, so it pays to make the most of it: for that amount, we can handle up to 13 small plants.

Are decorative planters included in the price?

No. The price includes standard plastic nursery pots, drainage and potting mix. We will be happy to help you choose designer pot covers from the Potzillas range, but their price is not part of this service.

What if my plants have pests?

Basic treatment for a common infestation is part of the service. A severe infestation may need repeated treatment, and one visit may then not solve the problem completely. We will tell you honestly on the spot.

When do I need a personalized quote?

For exceptionally heavy plants or containers, very extensive root systems, a hard-to-access location, plants that need several people to move, or technically demanding repotting. Send us a message and we will prepare a tailored quote.

Do I need to take my plants anywhere or prepare them?

No. We bring the materials and equipment with us, protect the work area before we start and clean everything up afterward, including taking away the used potting mix and old pots.
