It is also used as a soil moisture regulator, prolonging the effect of mineral fertilizers. Perlite is not enriched with nutrients. With its properties, it guarantees the conditions for fast and uniform rooting of cuttings and germination of seeds. It supports the rich formation of healthy roots. The fine texture makes it easier to level the surface.
